What it’s for

Litter tracks out of the box. It sticks to paws and ends up on floors, on rugs, and throughout the house. Traditional hard plastic trays are uncomfortable for cats and difficult to empty cleanly.

How it works

A dual-layer construction designed to trap litter and keep it off your floors:

Perforated Top Layer (PES/PVC Laminate): A thick, flexible PVC layer provides structural rigidity, weight, and durability. It is thermally laminated without adhesives to a thin, nonwoven spunbond polyester (PES) surface carrying the print design. The entire laminate is perforated with hundreds of hexagonal honeycomb holes that let trapped litter drop straight through when cats step onto it.
Solid Bottom Layer (Spunbond PP): A nonwoven spunbond polypropylene (PP) backing sheet sits beneath the perforated upper layer, catching all fallen litter granules and holding them inside so nothing touches the floor.
Edge Binding: Matching spunbond polypropylene piping is sewn around the perimeter, securing the layers together while allowing collected litter to be poured directly back into the litter box.

Materials

Top Layer: Nonwoven spunbond polyester (PES) surface thermally laminated to a 2.5 to 3 mm flexible PVC core with hexagonal honeycomb perforations.
Bottom Layer: Nonwoven spunbond polypropylene (PP) collection backing.
Edge Binding: Nonwoven spunbond polypropylene (PP) piping.

Details

Honeycomb matrix captures litter granules directly from cat paws.
Solid nonwoven base layer prevents litter and debris from contacting the floor.
Adhesive-free thermal lamination ensures permanent bonding between PES and PVC.
Empties cleanly back into the litter tray in seconds.
Flexible construction rolls or folds for easy cleaning and transport.

Malzeme Bilgisi

Üst Katman: Altıgen petek delikli, 2.5 - 3 mm esnek PVC üzerine ısıl lamine dokusuz spunbond polyester yüzey.
Alt Taban: Dokusuz spunbond polipropilen kum toplama kumaşı.
Kenar Biyesi: Güçlendirilmiş spunbond polipropilen biye dikişi.

Öne Çıkan Özellikler

Özel petek gözenekler, patilerdeki kumları anında alt hazneye geçirir.
Geçirimsiz alt taban sayesinde kumlar parkeye veya halıya ulaşmaz.
Yapıştırıcısız ısıl laminasyon katmanların ayrılmasını engeller.
Toplanan kumu birkaç saniyede kolayca tuvalet kabına geri dökebilirsiniz.
Esnek ve yumuşak yapısıyla kolayca silkelenir, yıkanır ve katlanabilir.
